The rye bread looks delicious! The karrysalat and herring kind of ruins it for me but you probably enjoyed it! That's cool that your "hosts" left you a note with tips on a how to make a traditional Danish breakfast!
It's very cool that they left the food and the note. I don't think this is a traditional breakfast though. Maybe lunch.
